Graystone Realty and Auction, Inc. is the only company in California and Arizona with an unique and comprehensive program that sells Real Estate and Personal Property, including art, jewelry, furniture and vehicles in one morning on a date chosen by the Seller. Real Estate: The sale is conducted live at the property as well as online. Marketing and real estate Previews are usually conducted over a 3-4 week period. Bidders must have completed a Bidder Registration Packet before the auction starts. Escrow will typically close in 7-30 days. As opposed to a conventional listing, bids are displayed in real time, so the buyer is not left wondering how much more they could have offered to get the property. The transparency benefits both the Buyer and Seller.
